L’obiettivo del corso “CTX315 – Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7 Advanced Administration” è fornire ai partecipanti le competenze necessarie per configurare scalabilità, ridondanza e sicurezza in una soluzione Citrix di virtualizzazione delle applicazioni e dei desktop in ambiente single session e multi session. Si imparerà come gestire le policy e la sicurezza avanzata fornita con il WEM. Inoltre verrà spiegata con esempi e implementazioni la tecnologia di App Layering di Citrix.
Nei moduli destinati al troubleshooting verranno analizzate le tecniche principali per affrontare i problemi più comuni di performance e disponibilità dei servizi.
Per la formazione si utilizzeranno i seguenti componenti: Citrix Hypervisor, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix License Server, MCS, StoreFront, Citrix App Layering, Citrix WEM, Citrix Workspace App, Citrix Workspace.
Il corso è basato sulla versione 7 1912 Long Term Service Release di Citrix VAD, ma gli skills e i concetti fondamentali sono validi in buona parte per tutte le versioni.
